Very soon now, I will be taking over the care and feeding of a very special tome. It is the tome that provides the prompts for The Prediction. The Prediction is a weekly writing challenge in the horror/sci-fi/noir/dark fiction genres. The tome spits forth three word prompts each week and those that care too enter one hundred word drabbles for the honor of being called that week's winner, and the praise and support of a group of fellow writers, skilled and talented beyond measure.
The current incarnation of The Prediction can be found here. It contains the complete Seth and Nate series, written in tag style by RRKovar and myself.

Phil Hambler the current caretaker of the tome, tells me that it's been gorging of late, and that in preparation for it's journey to me, has covered itself in a fine webbing of gossamer strands. I look forward to its arrival here, and I hope that it, and you, will feel comfortable in it's new home.
